The objective of this self-assessment tool for soft skills is to detect the ones that you posses and the ones that you lack.

Soft skills are regarded as generic, transferable, core or key skills, that can be applied across varied organisational and employment contexts and should be considered supplementary to established educational requirements (OECD, 2001 & 2012).

Soft skills are classified as “Key competences for lifelong learning” and can be divided into three main groups:
a) Personal skills
b) Social skills
c) Content-reliant/Methodological skills

All information and data received will be treated confidentially. With your password you can access your individual report. The results of all questionnaires are processed and displayed in aggregated form. The report you will receive after completing the questionnaire shows your performance in key soft-skill categories. You can access your report at any time.

We kindly ask you to fill out the questionnaire, which should take about 20 minutes. With your support, reliable benchmarking data will be generated.

Thank you very much for your support!
